• Drop off or Mail payments to the HOA mailbox at 235 Northridge Dr.
• Make checks payable to Northridge HOA
• Write the house address on the subject line.
• We accept check/money order/online payments.
• NO CASH ACCEPTED

*Any payments after April 15th will have a late fee added and a lien on home if still not paid
WELCOME TO NORTHRIDGE
Since 2005 the homeowners of this neighborhood annual elect an HOA board from volunteer candidates who either live or own homes within the North Ridge subdivision. Participation by neighborhood residents in HOA meetings and event is not only welcomed by the board, but highly encouraged!
As fellow homeowners within the community, the HOA board is committed to creating and maintaining, as much as possible, a healthy and safe neighborhood for the residents. They are also committed to the appropriate and proper management of both the association and its resources.
